Budesonide BP 0.5mg/2ml ampoule for use with a nebuliser or
ventilator.
Dosage guideline: Starting dose (in case of severe asthma & while reducing or discontinuing oral corticosteroids): Children 3 months to 12 years of age, 0.5-lmg twice daily; Adults and elderly, l-2mg twice daily. Maintenance dose: Usually half of the above doses.
