Dosage & admin: Neonates & infants (< 10kg): 8-35ml/kg/day, to be infused at a rate of 4ml/kg/hour.

Children (10-19kg): 24ml/kg/day, to be infused at a rate of 6ml/kg/hour.

Children (20kg & over): 18.5ml/kg/day, to be infused at a rate of 6ml/kg/hour.
